"Goddy"

Godmanchester Rovers Youth FC was formed in 1982. The club has achieved the Charter Standard Club status and has signed up to the FA's ʻRespectʼ policy.

We have teams ranging from U8 through to U17, as well as a mini-soccer school for ages 5 through to 8. Our aim is to provide a safe environment where children of all ages can enjoy their football and the associated competition.

All of our Coaches are qualified to a minimum of FA Level 1 and hold current Child Protection and Emergency Aid certificates.

Our U8 to U10 teams play in the Hunts Mini-Soccer league, our U11 to U17 colts teams play in the Cambridge & District Colts league. All players and supporters must adhere to the clubs Code of conduct and the FA's Respect Policy.

We are proud of our annual tournament which is one of the biggest in the area and attracts teams from all across the region. It takes place during the last weekend in May each year. For details of this event please see our Tournament page.

Our home ground is the impressive location of Hinchingbrooke School, Huntingdon, where we have excellent training facilities. Choices of either indoor training, full floodlit facilities on 3rd Generation astro or grass. The facilities were recently opened by Sir Trevor Brooking CBE and also boast the Pavilion which serves hot and cold food and drinks.
